Christmas 2022 & New Year 2023
As with every year we will be closing down our office so that we can enjoy the Christmas and New Year period.
This means we will not be carrying out our normal level of updates and maintenance on our services. The exception to this is emergency maintenance for example if a Hard Drive fails we would replace it like we would at any other time of the year.
We also close our phone lines and only monitor the support tickets a few times a day. Again important tickets like my VPS is down will get a reply but may not be our normal speedy reply.
So when is this all happening?
We will close our office Friday 16th December 2022 at 8pm as normal and we will not open again until 8am 3rd January 2023
