The Start of Something Beautiful

We have mentioned the work that we have been doing behind the scenes on our own Customer Platform now a couple of times.

Now that the system is ‘sort of’ up and running I thought it might be a good time to share images on just what this new system gives us.

Please just remember though that this is still very much a work in progress and the few customers that we have actually using it are giving us wonderful feed back almost every week, all of which goes into our tracking system.

As I’m writing this we are just about to put the finishing touches on v0.3 so as you can see its still very early days.

Now on to the good bit, the actual Customer Portal main Dashboard, please ignore the numbers they are all just place holders at the moment:

As we get deeper into this massive project I hope to be able to share more screen shots and details of how this is all moving along.

Also as we move forward with this we are asking some of our current customer to help is in this process by helping us to build a platform that works best for you. Now we can’t have everyone move over as we just haven’t written it all yet but as we get to different products and services we might ask you to join the project.
